Consistent quality, returning customer
This was my third order from Tupperware, I needed a few more Gewürzriesen and a new Sparschäler. Like my previous experiences, the items arrived exactly as described and are very high quality. I've had some of their containers for years and they hold up really well. Shipping was about the same as last time, around a week. It's nice to know I can rely on their products and delivery. Solid products, some minor issues
I bought an UltraPro and a set of Gefrierbehälter. The UltraPro is fantastic for baking and roasting, really easy to clean, and the food comes out evenly cooked. The Gefrierbehälter are sturdy and stack well in the freezer. My only minor gripe was with the tracking information; it wasn't updated for a couple of days, so I wasn't sure when to expect the package. It did arrive eventually, all in good condition, but better tracking would be a plus. Value for money is decent, especially for the durability.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered a set of Frischhaltedosen and a Turbo-Chef. The ordering process was smooth, I found what I needed easily on the website. Delivery took about ten days, which felt a bit long, but it arrived well-packaged. The quality of the containers is excellent, as expected from Tupperware. The Turbo-Chef works great for chopping onions quickly, it's a real time-saver. I had a small question about cleaning the Turbo-Chef, and customer support replied to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, happy with the products, just wish shipping was a bit faster.
